Product Information
For sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, cooling utensils, and equipment in food
processing plants. Suitable for use in an automatic injection system.

SANITIZER PLUS contains 10% n-Alkyl Dymethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride for powerful and
rapid sanitizing of any durable surface. Use SANITIZER PLUS on stainless steel, plastic, chrome,
silver, copper, brass, china, and other common surfaces in kitchens and food processing plants.

Directions:
Dishwashing: For use in automatic dish washing equipment, set sanitizer cycle for at least 60
seconds. Contact your Maunco representative for proper calibration. For use in hand washing of
dishes, dilute SANITIZER PLUS at 1.57ml per litre (1oz to 4 gallons) of warm or cold water. Allow
the cleaned and rinsed dishes to soak for at least 60 seconds. Rinse with potable water and
Maunco’s RINSE ADDITIVE, and dry.

Food Processing Plants: Use SANITIZER PLUS for dairy equipment, milk cans, milking
machines, and other surfaces where sanitizing is required. Clean the processing equipment and
thoroughly rinse. Dilute SANITIZER PLUS at 1.57ml per litre (1oz to 4 gallons) of warm or cold
water. Apply with a cloth, sponge, or pressure sprayer, or immerse the equipment in the diluted
solution. Keep the equipment wet for at least 60 seconds. Rinse with potable water and air-dry.

IMPORTANT: Do not mix SANITIZER PLUS with soaps or detergents.
